Where are you guys located? We're located in the Medford area of, Southern New Jersey. We primarily operate throughout Burlington County and parts Camden County. How much to clean my roof? The cost varies depending on any number of factors such as the size and pitch of the roof, how prevelant the black streaks are, and any risk factor involved as well as any of our other services you request. We give free estimates, so feel free to contact us. Can you clean other stuff too? Our low pressure washing systems will easily remove outdoor moss, algae, or mold growth on tiles, stucco , concrete, siding, ashpalt, brick, fences, porches, walkways etc. It makes sense to want the rest of the exterior to match that squeaky clean roof. We'd be happy to cleanse more that just your roof and readily offer package deals. Do you do commercial properties also or just residential? We do both commerical and residential properties. Our equipment is specifically built for the task of roof washing and will work on just about any roof configuration. Is there anything I should do before you get here? The products we use are safe and won't damage your house or landscaping, however, having clean gutters helps us get started and finished quicker . Do you install Zinc Strips? We have found that zinc strips are only effective for about 10 feet of roof and are themselves a bit of an eyesore. After that first 10 feet roof stains will form normally, thus making zinc strips an ineffective method for keeping roofs clean. We don't install them because we only provide solutions that we can garuntee will work 100%. Zinc Strips simply aren't effective. |
