Q. Where are you located?
A. We're located in the Medford area of, Southern New Jersey. We primarily operate throughout Burlington County and parts Camden County.
Q. How much to clean my roof?
A. The cost varies depending on any number of factors such as the size and pitch of the roof, how prevalent the black streaks are, and any risk factor involved as well as any of our other services you request. We give free estimates, so feel free to contact us.
Q. Can you clean other stuff too?
A. Our low pressure washing systems will easily remove outdoor moss, algae, or mold growth on tiles, stucco, concrete, siding, asphalt, brick, fences, porches, walkways, etc. It makes sense to want the rest of the exterior to match that squeaky clean roof. We'd be happy to cleanse more that just your roof and readily offer package discounts.
Q. Do you do commercial properties also or just residential?
A. We do both commercial and residential properties. Our equipment is specifically built for the task of roof washing and will work on just about any roof configuration.
Q. Do you install Zinc Strips?
A. We have found that zinc strips are only effective for about 10 feet of roof and are themselves a bit of an eyesore. After that first 10 feet roof stains will form normally, thus making zinc strips an ineffective method for keeping roofs clean. We don't install them because we only provide solutions that we can guaranty will work 100%. Zinc Strips simply aren't effective.
However, Gloeocapsa Magma, the algae that cause the black stains, can't live in the presence of copper. Recently, shingle manufacturers have started making Algae Resistant shingles, or AR for short. These new shingle have flecks of copper scattered within the shingle granules.

- Are they using products approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association? Ask them. What's their reaction?
- Here's the most important - INSURANCE! Sure, they'll be cheap because they are not paying for PROPER insurance. That is - insurance to use a ladder to get on your roof, or to spray your roof. Not many do! I hope you know enough about this very important matter to realize that if THEY have an accident on YOUR property, YOU WILL BE LIABLE and can be sued. They could own YOUR home!
